If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. That’s why you’ve got up 30 days after the date of your order to return a product to us using the form below. Choose ‘I changed my mind about the product’ as your reason for the return. Postage is free.

And if you’ve bought a toy or bondage item that hasn’t enhanced your sexual happiness after you’ve tried it, we’ll give you your money back under the terms of our 100 Day Money Back Promise.

Lingerie items, Lubes & Essentials and Sexual Wellness products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.

Please note that you may only return a single item from an order under the 100 Day Money Back Promise. The number of refunds you may receive under the 100 Day Money Back Promise is limited entirely at Sextoyz discretion.

We cannot offer exchanges.

All purchases are covered by our 1-year product warranty. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it for up to a year after purchase.
